Police Officers Skills Development Training Conducted

A Government Process Re-engineering (GPR)-themed skills development training was conducted on February 6th for officers of the National Police Agency. The training focused on process analysis within their duties and operations, as well as the effective utilization of software applications to streamline workflows.
The primary objective was to enhance participants' knowledge and skills in applying process methodologies within the management system and in defining operational procedures. A total of 30 officers attended the two-day training.
As part of the 2025 strategic goal set by the Police and Internal Troop Organization for “Stable and Efficient Operations,” efforts are underway to implement Government Process Re-engineering (GPR). This includes eliminating functional redundancies, reducing workload, and optimizing productivity. Additionally, special focus is being placed on minimizing response times for emergency calls, expediting the resolution of complaints and petitions, and enhancing the detection and resolution of crimes and violations to improve overall efficiency and service delivery.
