Mongolian Female Police Officers have successfully participated in Law Enforcement Leadership Training in Indonesia

Two female officers from the National Police Agency of Mongolia have successfully participated in the “Enhancing Women’s Leadership in Law Enforcement – III, IV” training program, held in Semarang, Indonesia, from January 11 to January 26, 2025.
The program covered key topics such as “Leadership and Emotional Intelligence,” “Improving Work Efficiency as a Leader,” “Mentorship and Menteeship,” “Diversity and Challenges in Leadership,” and “Women’s Leadership.” These sessions were conducted by expert instructors from Australia and Canada.
A total of 57 female law enforcement officers from 11 countries, including Thailand, Pakistan, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Fiji, and Indonesia, have successfully participated in the training.
