NATIONAL POLICE AND INTERNAL TROOPS CHIEFS GATHERED IN ULAANBAATAR FOR THE POLICE AND INTERNAL TROOPS LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

Annual Police and Internal Troops Leadership Conference has taken place in Ulaanbaatar city between 23 and 25 January 2025. Aims of the Conference included Creating an common understanding about the Police Service Act, Internal Troops Act, and the Government Action Plan and Priorities for 2024-2028, Improving police services through successful implementation of police and internal troops reform, Learning from the best practices of the international policing community, and Identifying challenges and Defining the policies for the future of the organization.
Brigadier General Sukhbold Tumurbaatar, Commissioner-General of the National Police Agency and Commander of the Internal Troops, opened the conference, which saw the attendance of 220 police and internal troops chiefs, including the Minister of Justice and Home Affairs, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia.
Theme of this year’s Leadership Conference was “Advance Together”, with discussions were held regarding the activities that were implemented and will be implemented within the framework of “Organizational Development and Future Trends”, “State Policy and Development Administration”, and “Professional Administration”.
