An INTERPOL Red Notice subject, wanted by the authorities of Kyrgyzstan for fraud was successfully extradited from Mongolia.

On the run for nearly a year, the fugitive was arrested at the Chinggis Khaan International Airport this May. The arrest of the fugitive was made possible with the assistance of the NCB of Kazakhstan, who provided Passenger Name Record (PNR) data that the fugitive had purchased tickets for a flight bound for Almaty, Kazakhstan from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
